NTAMBANANA MUNICIPALITY
Project brief
Splendid Marketing was mandated by Ntambanana Municipality to review the Municipality’s current situation and then identify ways in which the Municipality could improve its overall efficiency and revenue base. Part of our brief was to advise the Municipality on how to strategically position itself in order to attract substantial investments.
IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY
Our approach was to identify areas where the Municipality can invest in order to leverage substantial returns, which will help the Municipality to improve its financial capacity thus fast-track service delivery to local communities. The plus factor was the Municipality always operates within its allocated budget which makes it most eligible to attract external funding, over and above that they still have dozens of vacant land which opens an opportunity for further development.
